We were looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful views of the countryside, and this place delivered on every level. The cozy and well-equipped cottage felt like a home away from home, with all the modern amenities we needed. It was a delight to feed the chickens in the yard, which reminded us of our grandparents' house. Sarah and Jeremy were fantastic hosts, and their homemade bread and tray bakes were a lovely touch. We can't wait to come back and explore the local cycling routes!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the Barn! Great value for money, cozy room, and stunning views. The location was peaceful and the hosts, Sarah and Jeremy, made us feel right at home. We loved the homemade treats too!
The food for breakfast could be improved with the addition of a food waste caddy and a container for recyclable materials.

I loved exploring the beautiful area around the hotel. Hiking was such a thrill, especially when I got lost and wandered in circles for hours. Cycling was great, except for the part where I fell off my bike and scraped my knee.
Getting lost multiple times because the hotel's directions were so clear and accurate.

Beautiful surroundings and great location. The views were stunning and there were plenty of opportunities for walking in the area. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. They left us treats like homemade bread, fresh eggs, and butter, which was a lovely touch.
The driveway was a bit nerve-wracking to drive in and out of, as we bottomed out every time. The steep road from the village side was also a concern, with limited visibility.
